I know I criticise the NEC, but they are being attacked by NOMS on so many fronts its unbelievable

After that you can feel a bit left out as the chaps with a lot of time in are talking about topics you may not have experienced yet, there can also be quite a bit of cynacsism so I believe thats where some drop out can occur having an NVQ SECTION would give the newer people somewhere to move onto. Sorry about spelling /typing tired head on!
