    I start January, have 3 shifts at my current job as they have kindly given me and early finish for Christmas fully paid as a thank you for my service within the NHS. Nervous but excited but I am confident that's standard for any new recruit. Poelt is 08-01-18

    Payment plus is set at £22.50/hour now. as we are so short staffed

    Ive done arpund 40 hours pp that ill be paid for at end of december. worth around a grand. i could phone detail and basically tell them when i want to do payment plus. we are that short staffed and the 40 or so poelts starting in the passed 6 months has not changed that facr

    Out of shower..... your establishment may be geared up to any,, 37,39 or 41. i myself are on a 39. any extra hours i do are om payment plus @£22.50/hour

    if you don't like someone elses, tough you dont need to argue it out. I don't care how long you have been in the civil service, the moj or the mod or even stacking shelves in tesco! what I do care about is we are in this job together! we wear the same uniform!

         At the end of the day, the RAD day is a measure of 'you' not whoever told you the right thing to say, you wouldn't get a stand in for the fitness test, so you shouldn't seek another's responses or answers to scenarios or questions either.
