I was merit listed about mid day on the weekend via e-mail - about 30 minutes after SS answered a question from me on what was going on with the application (coincidence?), and conditional offer a few weeks later about 08:10 on a Tuesday via e-mail.

See, because I've applied for loads of prisons and my RAD results were very strong which apparently makes a difference I doubt I'll be merit listed as I'm sure there is a place in one of them. However I've had nothing back yet but on my account it's now saying I don't need to book a RAD for any prisons except one cluster so I assume they have mirrored the results over to all prisons except this cluster as I now can't do any actions on any of my applications? What does this mean?

Honestly, reading through posts on this forum will only take you further away from any answer, as everyone seems to have a different experience - even for the same prison sometimes. It really is of no help at all, but just be patient and you'll eventually hear something.

Oh, and if you do get Merit Listed, don't panic. Some people are only on their a day or two, I was on there for a few weeks, but you will most likely hear something. It seems to me as if it is regardless of your results (mine were strong too) and just part of the process.
