five years ago Benchmarking came in which said prisons could run with a lot less staff, VEDS was born and thousands of highly experienced prison officers were paid off handsomely to leave early.
This gave HMP the prisons with a lot less staff that they wanted and since then? Well since then we have RECORD NUMBERS of brand new prison officers with 0 experience whatever. Far better than the hugely experienced prison officers who were paid handsomely to leave.

It's a forum with few active members Dave, grow the :slRA2: up, If you don't like the advice given go elsewhere as soon your going to have no one left.
It’s too bad that stupidity isn’t painful. Ignorance is one thing, but our society thrives increasingly on stupidity

:slag: Dave you really need to chill, your attitude seems to escalate pretty damn Quickly over the smallest things, even posts not concerning you. You won't be able to 'detach' yourself from prisoners who 'upset' you. I think you need a thicker skin.......

There is a difference between real life and a forum. The poster before was asking a question and looking for support/guidance. Their last four words summed it up...."wish I never bothered"

So after the person being so rude to me. I found out why I failed and it was because I did not fill out the health questionnaire form that I never actually received. So some people need to lay off.

Any who has anyone appealed their decision if so how much longer after did you get a decision back.

I finally got 're sent the questionnaire but it's all happened just before Christmas so I'm guessing it's going to be a longer wait?! So frustrating

If you don’t like people being rude, don’t join HMPS
