In some YOI they do get gifts, socks or little stocking filler type things. Staff will usually get a longer dinner there will be a little fewer staff on over the whole day because bang up is usually earlier. You will tend to find its harder to bang up the more difficult cons near the end of your day over the festive period.

We're also doing something different again this year for food. Last year I did a tapas which was amazing. This year with be a 3 bird game pie (pheasant, partridge and duck - all shot locally and prepared by yours truly), roast potatoes and parsnips, carrots and peas with a home made stuffing.

Mortified

Post by Lolaismygirl » Wed Aug 02, 2017 8:38 pm

Hi all. I received my RAD results this afternoon.

I failed due to being ONE mark short on my math test. :slsad:

Anyone experienced the 'kicking yourself' feels?

Chin up. You will be able to do a development day so it isn't the end.

I'm sorry to hear that, I myself failed by one mark and done my resit. I am now starting my POELT in January, moral of the story is that its not the end, keep going and I'm sure you will be in my shoes in no time !

Hi, I’m just going through the same thing right now.. 1 mark! Hopefully by now you’ve passed, probably a silly question but does anyone know.. are the questions the same on the retake test?
Really worried about the retake it’s the percentages and ratios I can’t seem to get my head around.. anyone know any sites that can help with that, the skills wise one isn’t too great in my opinion.
Thanks !

I failed my first maths paper by two questions. I got invited back for a resit, and as they were two questions of a similar nature (silly mistake from me) we went through those questions and I did the paper again. It was the same paper as the first time, I'm sure it will be in your case too.
