Need to remember the prison is ours we just let them stay there. So none of this it's there house or own space. You can't go to a hotel and spark up?

I vaguely remember some movie where tons of missing people were returned to the planet including Glen Miller although he was slightly changed and now played reggae

In some YOI they do get gifts, socks or little stocking filler type things. Staff will usually get a longer dinner there will be a little fewer staff on over the whole day because bang up is usually earlier. You will tend to find its harder to bang up the more difficult cons near the end of your day over the festive period.

We're also doing something different again this year for food. Last year I did a tapas which was amazing. This year with be a 3 bird game pie (pheasant, partridge and duck - all shot locally and prepared by yours truly), roast potatoes and parsnips, carrots and peas with a home made stuffing.

Hello My time line so far.

Rad - 29th of March

Confirmation of Rad Passed - 3rd of April. :slyay: :slyay: :slyay:

Now been waiting nearly 3 weeks and still no Communication from SS.

Rang them and they have received my rad results and are awaiting for the establishment to get back to them to start of the next stage of the process.

Anyone got any time lines on how long i can be waiting?

Any Information would be much appreciated.

Thanks In Advance.

Hi everyone. My application is for Berwyn in North Wales. This is my timeline:

16/03/17 Applied online
17/03/17 Invited to select suitable RAD day to attend
13/04/17 Attended RAD at Newbold
18/04/17 Received OH Assits first thing in the morning
18/04/17 Later in the afternoon I received the good news that I've passed my RAD
20/04/17 Earlier today I received my conditional offer, and my God was I happy!

Over all it hasn't been that much of a wait for me, however I have dealt with vetting in past jobs and am aware of the slow process so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I hope this helps and good luck, all we can do is be patient :slbg:

Did you get an email to say vetting was complete?? Do you know when your vetting was sent to your establishment??

Congratulations 😊

I spoke to shared services on Monday who told me that my vetting had gone to my chosen establishment on Friday 21st April and to keep my phone handy, hopefully not too much longer for me. I'm so excited :slbg:
